Understanding the SmartOrderLimit App Navigation

This guide explains the main sections and features of the SmartOrderLimit app, helping you navigate and use it efficiently.

1. App Navigation

The left-side navigation menu gives you quick access to the app’s main areas:

  • Dashboard – View and manage your order limits

  • Metrics – Monitor limit performance and customer behavior

  • Get Help – Access support

  • Knowledge Base – Read guides and tutorials

  • Suggestion Box – Submit feature requests or feedbacks


2. Header

The header appears at the top of the app and includes:

  • Logo – Identifies the SmartOrderLimit app

  • More Menu – Additional actions:

    • Manage App – Manage app settings in Shopify

    • Review App – Leave a review on the Shopify App Store

    • Unpin from Navigation – Remove the app from your Shopify sidebar

    • Uninstall – Remove SmartOrderLimit from your store


3. Content Panel

The main working area of the app where you manage limits and view data.

Common Actions

  • Sync Products – Refresh product data from Shopify

  • Export Limits – Download existing limits for reporting

  • Create New Limit – Set up a new order limit

Dashboard

The Dashboard displays all your limits in a table view.

  • Search – Quickly find limits by name

  • Limit Name – Name of the order limit

  • Inventory – Products or inventory affected by the limit

  • Limit Type – Type of limit applied (product or cart)

  • Creation Date – When the limit was created

  • Start Date – When the limit becomes active

  • End Date – When the limit expires

  • Status – Active or inactive state

  • Action – Available actions for each limit

  • More Menu – Additional actions (edit, delete, and view metrics.)


Metrics

Provides insights into how limits affect customer behavior.

1. Metrics Options

  • Cart or Products – Toggle between cart-level and product-level limits

  • Export Metrics – Download metrics data

  • Create New Limit – Add a new limit from metrics page

2. Metrics Column

  • Limit Name – Associated limit

  • Status – Active, inactive or draft

  • Warning Triggered – Number of times limit warning appeared

  • Cart Abandoned – Carts abandoned after warning

  • Order Placed – Orders successfully placed
