Delete or Disable an Order Limit

    SmartOrderLimit lets you disable or delete order limits whenever you no longer need them. Disabling a limit keeps it saved for later use, while deleting removes it permanently.

    Step 1: Open SmartOrderLimit

    1. Log in to your Shopify Admin.

    2. Go to Apps → SmartOrderLimit.

    Step 2: Locate the Limit

    1. Navigate to the Dashboard.

    2. Find the order limit you want to disable or delete in the list of existing limits.

    Step 3: Disable a Limit

    1. Click the Deactivate button next to the limit.

    2. The limit status will become inactive but remain saved for future use.

    Step 4: Delete a Limit

    1. Click the More Options (three-dot) icon next to the limit.

    2. Select Delete.

    3. The limit is removed permanently and cannot be recovered.

    Important Notes

    • Disabling a limit is ideal if you want to temporarily stop enforcement but keep the settings.

    • Deleting a limit permanently removes it from your store.

    • You can re-enable a disabled limit at any time from the Dashboard.
